What’s with the ascender line type alignment? i don’t mind the one on the spine, but for all headlines and titles on the inside pages? It looked like it’s trying a little too hard (to design) and totally unnecessary.

The haze was so bad these few days i kept having running nose :-(

first meatout monday

Initially, i planned to start my first Meatout Monday last week but totally forget about it till the next day. So instead, today is my first. Let’s see how long i can last... to not eat meat at all for a day, it’s a lot harder than i thought.

Ang ku kueh (red: sweet mung beans, grey: salted mung beans, yellow: sweet corn), camomile tea

As you can see from the number of red pieces versus other colours, our favourite filling is sweet mung beans.

i sent some photos to print this morning and just had them collected. It feels so old school to go photo centre nowadays. But i know Mum and Dad prefer to see ‘real’ photographs to screen viewing, so i printed a set of the China trip for them.
